At Apollo Centre conference suites, enjoy private meetings within a commercial building in the heart of bustling Westlands. The suites are a hideaway for all business and social meetings with exclusivity and convenience for executives, individuals, corporates and groups. Each suite boasts of generous space with large sliding doors opening out to spacious balconies that allow natural lighting. The suites are available for hire on hourly or daily basis making it flexible and cost effective to the users as client also have the option for self-catering.


Apollo Centre conference suites comprise of meeting rooms of 8 guests, 10 guests and an executive boardroom that holds 18 guests. A state of the art auditorium with a modern sitting capacity of 40 guests ideal for training and a more relaxed discussion area with video illustrations. Our training room can hold 30 guests on U- shape set up and 44 guests in a classroom setup, the room is ideal for corporate training, promotional training and interactive training. It can also be divided into two rooms for discussion groups.

Entertainment Area

Hold your events at our entertainment area with a sitting capacity of 80 guests with dining tables, 200 guests in a classroom set up and 150 guests in a cocktail setup.

Terrace Area

Refreshment and Lunch is served on our balcony area covered with sailing canopies that exhibit both a business and relaxed environment for the guests. The terrace can also be used for cocktail parties and small outdoor events.
